This quick look at my most-liked Instagram travel photos will, I hope, inspire you to explore some of these locations in person.

  1. French Market, New Orleans, Louisiana

  2. Street art, Lower East Side, New York, New York

  3. Storefront, Rome, Italy

  4. Ice shove, Port Clinton, Ohio

  5. Roman Forum, Rome, Italy

1 - French Market, New Orleans, Louisiana

New Orleans already has a "Europe" feel, but this sight at the iconic French Market was particularly poignant.

2 - Street art, Lower East Side, New York City

While we were walking to Tompkins Square Park, this street art was too tempting to pass up.

3 - Storefront, Rome, Italy

We passed by this store during one of our (many) "lost" moments, walking the back streets of Rome. This is another reason you should welcome getting lost.

4 - Ice shove, Port Clinton, Ohio

Ice shoves happen when lake currents, wind or temperature changes push ice onto the shore.

5 - Roman Forum, Rome, Italy

Right by the Colosseum, the Roman Forum is as deserving of a morning as its more famous neighbor. Palatine Hill is an ideal place to get sweeping photos of the landscape.

I'm Kandace, the site's wordsmith. If you see a great photo here, my husband, Ken, probably took it.
