The sweaty truth: Packing

Get ready to sweat.
It's not a popular idea, but it's probably true. You're likely less fit than you think, and when you travel, you'll likely move more than at home.
As a result, you'll sweat.
When you pack, consider that.
You probably need fewer "outfits" but more "underthings," just because your socks and more will get sticky and uncomfortable. Even if you plan to wash clothes every few days - a good idea, by the way - it feels good to slip a clean, cool, dry layer next to your skin.
For every week, then, you'll want to plan maybe 3 extra sets of underthings. All the more reason to pack sparingly but realistically! A full set of underthings takes about half the space as a shirt, pants, sweater, etc., do.
This matters because when you feel good, you have the energy to see more things (or you think you do, which is the same thing).
So pack away, but include some extras for yourself. You deserve this.
